Not only did I get my heavenly authentic NY pizza, but he went above and beyond in making me zepolle (not on the menu, totally made my day). The service was amazing, place is nice, clean and super spacious. The staff is amazing and totally adds to the feel good experience. They even have a video game arcade which just adds to the real feel of a NYC pizza shop. This place made me both homesick and happy at the same time. This is true New York style pizza. The food is authentic Italian and it's some of the best in town. You'll actually feel like you're in New York City while you're here. It's traditional counter served pizza and calzones, but they also have pastas, sandwiches, salads and more including desserts (Tiramisu!). They also have gluten free pizza. If you're a fan of pizza, you've got to come here.

It's exactly what they advertise, NYC style pizza. I was particularly fond of the crust. It had a very nice crunch without being burnt or too much like a cracker.

I've been here several times and found the pricing fair and the pizza tasty. Pretty disappointing tonight, though. The pizza is actually burned in several places. I don't understand it either because mine was one of the last pizza of the night. I would have expected that the temperature of the oven had not fluctuated in hours and that they would have been in a hurry to get my pizza out of the oven, if anything. In fact, I was sitting waiting for the thing to come out. Not sure how they burned it.

This is by far the best pizza place I've found around. You can order by the slice. They have a wide variety to choose from. Pineapple ham. Cheese. Mushroom. Supreme etc.. You can also order a whole pizza. They have a great salad bar with a wide variety of toppings. Made to order. Prices are very reasonable. For a family of four we ate for under $25. We will definitely be back for more! NY style pizza at it's best.

I love coming here to get the Best New York style pizza in Kansas City. Staff is always friendly and helpful with food selections. The pizza is fresh and buying a whole pie is even better. I will never go anywhere else for a huge pie!

I grew up going to Bannister Mall and having Original Pizza at the food court. "Mall pizza" quickly became my favorite and this is just as wonderful. The employees are down to earth and cool and I love the vibe. This place should be full all the time.

This has become our go to for pizza, stromboli, etc. We tried a philly cheesesteak yesterday and it got a big thumbs up as well. Once the covid is over, looks like a good place to dine with the old school pizza joint feel (lots of arcade games).

Coming from NY I’m always on the search for NY style pizza. I figured I would give this place a try. I ordered a large Stromboli pizza, BBQ wings and a calzone. The pizza was overpowered by sausage (which is good if that’s what you like) it didn’t taste like real NY pizza but it wasn’t bad at all. The wings were good for being from a pizza place. They didn’t have garlic knots but the guy behind the counter said he could make them real quick which was nice. A large pie 3 toppings, wings, calzone and a 2liter came out to about $45.

Outstandingly delicious!!! The owner and staff make you feel right at home! Highly recommend this establishment. They just gained a faithful customer🤤

Ok the gyro was pretty good. And the pizza did look good. However as soon as I walked in the door, a place I had never been before. The old man asked what I wanted. I said I wasn't sure and looked at the menu on the wall. "Hurry up we have people to serve." Was his reply.... there in fact was only about 10 people in there at that time and I was at the end of the line. I thought his comment was extremely rude and I briefly considered walking out. I know I will never go back, due to this comment.

Visiting my family from out of state, sister usually ordera from this place. We ordered their specialty new york combo... It was salty and inedible. Spoke to manager who hung up on me and would only give us a 20% discount coupon!?!?!? We had 3 slices from medium pie. I took 3 bites... Yuck! Stuck back in box, my parents barely ate theirs. Customer service is deplorable and would never order from them again. Wasted $27 for a pie that was disgusting with terrible service.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed Original Pizza in my mall rat days. The staff is friendly and the slices are just as delightful as I remembered.

I absolutely love this place. Pizza is great, prices are fair and service is fun and relaxed. Employees can be a little intimidating if you aren't prepared or used to it but other than that, the guys (and girl) are fabulous.

Not the best seating area but the pizza is great when fresh. Really really good. Some of the best in the metro. but it has to be fresh and the seating area is lacking.

I happened to be at the register in the middle of a conversation between the cashier and a couple employees. In front of me, other adults, and kids the cashier openly said he doesn't like Koreans because they smell like kimchi and it's because kimchi smells disgusting. I've never been a direct target of racism but my wife and family are Korean so this really hit home. I hope he reflects on his actions and understands the magnitude of them. The rating is for the staff, not the pizza.

I love working at Leone's. You get your own little taste of Sicily and NYC. With the owner. Jack's a great guy to work for and his pizza kicks ass!

Pizza is great when fresh. Problem is they take an old slice and warm it up in the oven which just makes the crust extra hard. It'd be nice to have some fresh pizza during the lunch and dinner rushes. Salad bar could use more ingredients as well, maybe garlic roasted cauliflower?

Great place to get some New York style pizza while in the KC area!

Came in for the first time today for my lunch. I ordered the two slices special and the guy just grabbed my pizza with his bare hands without gloves and put it in the oven. The Pizza looked like its been sitting there all day. I had asked for a medium drink but the cup size they game me looked like the small from most fast food places. I then got back to work and had the Pizza and could literally taste the dough powdering on the back of it felt it and all over my hands. Overal taste the Pizza was nothing special, reminded me of school lunch pizza.

Nice place for a great New York style Pizza. The crust is thin but not hard. Crisp outside and soft middle. These guys do it right. Great Stromboli and Calzones.

Second time ordering delivery from these guys and it's been better with each experience. Exceptional customer service and the food is delicious and I think fairly affordable. The second time ordering from them they gave me an extra two liter bottle of Sierra mist!! Honestly cheered me up that little act of kindness. Would highly recommend this place especially for their ny style pizza!

I ordered the pizza over grub hub I have been a customer of theirs for years I mainly the blue Spring store Today I received a pizza with very few specks of beef I had ordered a hamburger pizza with mushrooms onion and tomato and you could barely taste any beef I had to go back out myself to the restaurant to get a new pizza the kid who cooks the pizzas argued with me and said the beef was under the cheese I looked at the pizzas they had on display I know better I've eaten there many times then I had to wait for him to make me a new pizza and and waste of what should have been a wonderful evening with my girlfriend I will never trust them again. Hide suggest you do not order delivery and look at it every time you order here

Ok I get it, a 5 star rating may be cliche but this place deserves it. Its is a delicious pizza at a very reasonable price. (Lunch for less than $10 w/ drink) The staff is friendly and fast. I grew up eating NY style pizza and this is the closest analog I have found in the area. It's so delicious and well worth the drive. Seriously, it's worth it.

Always delicious. Always friendly. I especially love their stromboli. It's makes perfectly sized meal or split between 2-3 people for an appetizer or snack. Their pizza is New York style pizza just like you would find in NYC. And it's not overly greasy either! I've loved their pizza for 20+ years and I'm so happy that they're still around to enjoy.

I would give Leone’s a zero if I could. My order was messed up and when I called to explain how it was messed up I spoke with a guy named Jay that proceeded to call me an idiot and get irate. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
